  Do NOT move in here. I have lived herw since February 2016. It is now October 2016. There are several STRUCTURAL problems with this trailer, in which they REFUSE to fix. I have sent letter after letter, made calls, gone to the office and NOTHING is being done. Do NOT move into any parks these people own. It is horrible. Absolutely disgusting. If you call to report or try to take legal action they evict you. Terrible place to live.
